5 for Waiting

1. Our job position does not define us - before the foundations of the world began HE had a PURPOSE our lives
2. Our bank account does not define us - we have a guaranteed INHERITANCE from the One who turned a boys lunch into a meal with leftovers for 5,000+ all their family
3. Our physical abilities and appearance do not define us - our God sees what is INSIDE not what man sees on the outside - He has called us as the Beloved to stretch forth our withered parts and receive from His heart
4. Our status as single, divorced, widowed, does not define us for as the Beloved we are the BRIDE of Christ
5. Our uncertain days of lack, want, fear, failure, despair, uncertainty, DO NOT DEFINE US

HE is our Creator

HE is our Refiner

HE is our Definer

HE is our Lord

HE is risen from the dead

HE is coming soon !

His GOODNESS & FAITHFULNESS PURSUE us ALL the days of our lives ~ and we will DWELL IN THE HOUSE OF THE LORD FOREVER!

5 for Good Friday

1. Current circumstances can appear ANY BUT good – remember, faith is what is hoped for AS YET UNSEEN
2. Today may feel like all hope is lost – But His Word says it is not!
3. Today I am alone, His Promise is I am NEVER ALONE, He is with me always EVEN TO THE END OF THE AGE
4. Today I am ashamed of how I behaved, God is ALWAYS IN THE REDEMPTION BUSINESS and he will use me like He did Peter to “feed His sheep”
5. Today everything I thought I would have by now has come to naught… His Word states emphatically: ALL THINGS work together for the good for those who love Him AND ARE CALLED for HIS PLANS and purposes. ALL means ALL! Mistakes, bad choices, poor habits, excuses, coulda , woulda, shoulda…

HE IS WHO HE SAYS HE IS AND…

HE IS RISEN FROM THE DEAD!

5 for Maundy Thursday

1. When all hope is lost - there is hope
2. When all expectations are thwarted there is a plan in play
3. When you have no prospects for the future He is working on your behalf
4. When you have let your friends and family down, give yourself the GRACE the Master offers.
5. The Biblical BEGINNING of the day is at SUNSET when our activity comes to a stop - The King is working while we are sleeping!

5 for Days of in Between

1. Clouds are the dust of His feet!
2. The Valley of the Shadow of death is JUST A SHADOW
3. He WILL NEVER LEAVE YOU or forsake you
4. You are who HE says you are
5. He IS WHO HE SAYS HE IS!!!!!

5 for Passover

1. You are Spared from the destruction and wrath of God because of THE BLOOD OF THE LAMB
2. You are redeemed into the Promised Land Journey because of THE BLOOD OF THE LAMB
3. You are forgiven because of THE BLOOD OF THE LAMB
4. All that God has for YOU is because of THE BLOOD OF THE LAMB
5. God counts you as righteous, holy, worthy, of high value, precious in His sight, forgiven forever, not because of you, but because of THE BLOOD OF THE LAMB!

5 for the Long Journey towards Jerusalem

1. There is a calling on your life (Jeremiah 1:5-10)
2. He has set His angels charge over you to minister to you in Garden of Gethsemane times (Psalm 91:11-12)
3. Generations to come will be impacted by your obedience to the faith (Genesis 15:5)
4. For the JOY set before you - you will be equipped to handle whatever the enemy throws at you (Hebrews 12:2)
5. It isn't pleasant or easy but for eternity it is worth it. YOU WERE WORTH IT!! (John 3:16)

5 for Rain

1. In times of confusion remember He is not confused
2. In times of hurt know He IS the God of our comfort
3. In times of sorrow grieve, those who sow in tears return rejoicing bringing in the Harvest of joy
4. In times of doubt - speak out what the Bible says is the truth - YOU ARE HIS BELOVED
5. YOU ARE CHOSEN FOREVER - SECURED BY NAILS THROUGH HIS HANDS. He will NEVER leave you or forsake you! AND He is Who He says HE IS!

5 for a Creative Spirit

1. You are fearfully and wonderfully made!
2. The Lord who has named each one of the stars in the skies - knows your name
3. The One who stops the ocean at the shoreline is working on your behalf
4. He who began a good work in you, is keeping at it AND will bring it to a flourishing finish on the day of Christ's appearing
5. AS HE IS - so are we IN THIS WORLD!!!

5 for TGIF
