5. He TRANSFORMS my wasteland into an oasis of hope (Isaiah 35)

5 for the Watchman

1. ACCEPT the assignment with prayer (Nehemiah 1:4-11)
2. ASSESS the circumstance with wisdom (Nehemiah 2:13-17)
3. AFFIRM the commitment with understanding (Nehemiah 2:20)
4. ASSIGN responsibilities to others (Nehemiah 4:9-16)
